Heel pain if you have chronic
heel pain, the main cause for heel pain might be either injury or overuse but
there has to be injury infection inflammation.

AND SHOES
You will have less heel
pain if you wear correct type of slipper and shoes which provides correct
amount of support to your heels or less shock absorbing shoes. If shock
observing properties of a shoes or slippers are hard or very hard then you will
get injury in your heel, initially you will not able to witness an injury but
as the time passes you will definitely start witnessing a pain in your heel. You
should have support in your full heel and full soul that should have shock
observing properties in a proper proportion.

RUNNING
The second reason for
cause of heel pain is running, if you run too much or on a hard surface like
concrete or cement regularly you might get injuries or heel pain.

LANDING
ON HEELS
The third reason for
cause of heal pain is landing on the heel, if you are normally running you
should land on your toast first that is how you are going to run or even you
are walking you should land on your toast first instead of your heels. If you
are continuously landing on your heel then you are causing injuries to your
heels which results in the heel pain.
TWIST

Twisting of the heel
either it can be inner or outer twisting of heel or if you do not get proper
position of the heel then there will be injury which cause heel pain.

If calf muscles are too
tight then they can cause heel pain or if there is even swelling or infection
in the calf tendon, calf tendon which consists of fiber tendon has a swelling
or infection can result in heel pain.

Bursa is a fluid filled
sac for countering friction in joints. These bursa are present in the heels if
it has infection or inflammation or bursitis then this could be one of the
reasons to get heel pain.
SPUR
Spur or bone spur is bony
growth on bone. Bone spur in heels can cause heel pain to know where exact the
bone spur is formed you need to do x-ray. Not only heels but bone spur can
occur anywhere in the body and anyone can have this bone spur.

Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation
of the fibrous band beneath your heel. This can also be a reason for your heel
pain.

OR DEFICIENCY OF VITAMINS OR CALCIUM
Obviously if you have a fracture
it could cause a heel pain or if you land very hard on the ground could result
in a fracture which causes heel pain. Deficiency of calcium or vitamin D or you
have weak bones can result in a heel pain because those are the bones which a
bearing your weight deeper. So it is obvious that if you are having a pain in
your bones can cause heel pain.

In order to treat heel
pain you have to find out what is causing the pain. Without knowing cause of
problem we cannot find a solution for a problem. Treatment depends upon the
cause of the heel pain, so try to find the cause of your heel pain.
