SMELLY
FEET CAUSES
People who do not wash
their feet for many days at a time or who do not scrub their feet with soap and
do not change their socks for days, weeks and month on end begin to accumulate
a lot of dirt and debris on their feet and the spaces between their toes. Due
to this the fungus and bacteria which normally reside on the skin begin to
break down this dirt and debris.
When accumulated sweat and dead skin cells are
broken down by the bacteria, then a terrible smell emanate from feet.
HOW
DOES INFECTION SPREAD IN THE FEET?
People who use each other
shoes, socks, towels etc. are also prone to picking up foot infections.
If you walk around
barefoot on the mats in public gyms and pools and there is some else suffering
from smelly feet, then you are also likely to catch the infection and soon
enough your feet will also start smelling bad.
WHAT
DO INFECTED FEET LOOK LIKE?
You will often see
reddish spots on the feet which are darkish and also itch quite a bit. This can
also happen on the soles of the feet which cause the soles of the feet to get
dry, flaky and itchy.
But the most common area
of infection is between the toes of the feet which cause the skin to become
damp, rotten and smelly.

sports or work in an office where you need to wear closed shoes then you should
first wash your feet properly and dry them and then wear a shoes.
